Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on major holidays unless otherwise stated.

• During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are typically:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at asjessentialss@gmail.com or (305) 747-0297. We can only make address changes before your order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address and are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ASJ Essentials is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged or defective item

• Photos of the original packaging

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
